Our Story

Hey! I’m Laurina & this cutie is my heart Dog, Chantilly. Miss Chantilly is my shadow & my obsession, can’t get enough of her!

I have always loved baking and recently competed in a series called The Great Australian Bake Off. It was in this competition that I knew I wanted to bake all day everyday & as soon as I got home, I enrolled in to Pastry School!

Chantilly came into my life 2 years ago; it was love at first sight! She was destined for a baking name and Chantilly seemed like the perfect fit. On her first birthday I made her a ball cake (yes typical Border Collie, she’s ball nuts) and it was loved by so many, that I started getting requests from other dog mums.

So I combine my Pastry Chef skills, with my quirkiness and love of colour, my dog obsession and created The Pooch Patisserie.
